轮胎式起重机串联式混合动力系统研究

摘    要:起重机提升的货物在下降时为防止自由落体通常使用能耗制动系统消耗大量的机械势能,造成能量的大量耗废。如何将大量耗废的能量进行回收再利用是起重机节能领域研究的热点问题。提出了基于势能回收再利用的轮胎式起重机的油电混合动力系统节能方案,采用简单可靠的串联式混合动力结构,选用超级电容作为储能装置,并描述了该起重机混合动力系统的工作原理。

Study on the Series Hybrid Energy System of Tyre Crane

Abstract:Crane is a kind of construction machinery used for lifting the cargoes up and down. A great deal of mechanical potential energy must be consumed by the energy consumption braking system,which wastes a lot of energy. How to recycle and reuse the wasted energy is a hot topic in the field of crane energy saving. In this paper,the tyre crane hybrid energy system based on energy saving and resuing technology is put forward,and the series hybrid energy system is considered as the best structure type and the super capacitor is considered as the best type of energy storage device.Besides,the principle of operation of hybrid energy system is described.
