无刷直流电机无位置传感器的启动研究

摘    要:针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机(BrushlessDCMotor,简称BLDCM)起动时间长,易失步和承载负载能力弱的问题。基于三段式起动法提出一种改进的启动方法。分析三段式启动过程中加速和切换过程中确保电机不失步的各自条件,并通过实验验证该方法的可行性。

The Research on Start Technology of Brushless DC Motor Without Hall Sensor

Abstract:Deal with such problems as a long time, out-of-step and weak load ability of brushless DC motor (BLDCM) self-starting at present, an improved method is proposed based on the three-step starting technique. This paper ana- lyzes the conditions to prevent the motor from losing-step during the accelerating step and the state-changing step of the three-step starting. Experimental results are also presented to verify the analyses is available.
