基于Adriano单片机的伺服实验台的研制

摘    要:采用Adriano单片机实现对伺服电机的控制。阐述了该实验台的机械结构,绘制出了系统硬件框图,编写了控制程序,搭接了系统电路,实现了单片机控制伺服电机的插补控制。通过实验证明,该系统具有定位精确、起停运动平稳、响应快等特点,同时可作为一些演示实验和开放实验的实验台和教具,提高学生的应用单片机控制伺服电机的能力。

The Development of Servo Test Bench Based on Adriano MCU

Abstract:The servo motor control is implemented by Adriano single-chip microcomputer. In this paper, the mechanical stnlctural design of the test bench is expounded, the hardware system diagram is drawn out, the system circuit is set up, and the single chip microcomputer control the interpolation of the servo motor control is realized. The experiment proved that this system has accurate location, smooth start-stop movement, fast response, etc, and can be used as some experimental demonstration of the test bench and open experiment and teaching aids, improve the students' ability of applying single-chip microcomputer control servo motor.
