| 摘 要： | 在起重机械驾驶员的职业适应性检测指标的基础上，建立起重机械驾驶员综合评价指标体系，提出了起重机械驾驶员选拔的综合模型，综合应用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊数学方法（Fuzzy），并进行实例分析，为起重机械驾驶员的选拔提供科学依据，为保障起重机械的驾驶安全做出可贵的探索。
