摘    要:本文综合计算机技术、自动控制技术、传感器技术和液压技术提出并研制了高度自动化、高效率、高精度和高可靠性的SH3281高压泵和转向泵综合试验台,同一试验台上可以测试流量相差较大的SH3281高压泵和转向泵;并提出和实现了一种压差极小的油泵替代负荷机构。

Abstract:This paper describes the development of an integrated test jig for testing the SH3281 high pressure pump and turning pump.It is high automatic,high efficiency,high accuracy and high reliable.Different kinds of pump can be tested on this jig.The paper also recommends a kind of oil pump with minor pressure difference to substitute a burden machine.
