机械产品内部构件状态的视觉检测方法

文中研究了机械产品内部构件状态的视觉检测方法。运用机器视觉技术对产品的图像进行预处理、特征提取和匹配操作，基于模式识别的方法建立了故障诊断模型，最终实现了产品内部构件状态的自动检测。利用所述方法，对具体的机械产品进行了检测试验，结果表明该方法实用、迅速、可靠，对于自动检测复杂机械产品内部构件的状态具有普遍意义。

A vision-based detecting method for inner parts of mechanical products

This paper deals with a vision based detecting technology,which can be used to detect the state of the inner parts of mechanical products.The machine vision technology is used to do image preprocessing,features extracting and match operating.A diagnosis model is made based on a pattern recognition method,thus realizing the automatic detection of the products for the state of their inner parts.According to the said method,a typical mechanism is tested.The results indicate that the detecting method is practical,speedy and reliable,which can be generally used to detect any mechanism comprising many complex parts.
