摘    要:介绍了游梁式抽油机各部件在运行过程中可能出现的故障情况,各运行状态参数的监测诊断方法。阐述了基于不确定性推理理论及C-F模型算法在抽油机故障诊断中的推理应用,分析研究结果表明,基于C-F模型的不确定性传递算法易于实现抽油机故障的自动诊断,并能提高故障诊断的准确性。

Abstract:Fault conditions in operation,detection and diagnosis methods for function parameters of walk-beam oil pumping machines′elements were introduced in this thesis.Reasoning method of uncertainty reasoning theory and C-F model algorithm in fault diagnosis was explained.The reasults show that the automatic diagnosis of oil pumping machine′s failure can be realized easily by using the uncertainty reasoning theory based on C-F model algorithm,and the diagnosis accuracy can be improved.
