摘 要: | 以立体仓库模型为例,设计了上位监控系统及以PLC为核心的自动化立体仓库的管理和控制系统,给出了具体的PLC的选型和硬件电路连接,阐述了利用PLC脉冲指令库MAP实现程序设计和组态界面监控的设计方法。实际运行表明,该设计方案能够实现堆垛机纵横轴的准确定位,程序编写简单,参数修改方便,易于运行调试,具有硬件设备少、实时性强、便于操作等优点。

Abstract: | The stereoscopic warehouse model as example, design management and control system based on the automated stereoscopic warehouse monitoring system, using PLC as the core. Given the se-lection and hardware circuit connection specific PLC, describes the use of PLC pulse command library MAP implementation program design and method of configuration interface monitoring. The actual opera-tion shows that the design can realize accurate positioning stacker and shaft, simple programming, easy to modify parameters, easy debugging, has the features of less hardware, real-time and easy operation etc. |
