| 摘 要： | 为满足舵机批量生产过程中的测试需求,该文设计了一款24通道舵机测试系统,主要用于在力学、温度等环境条件下对舵机进行性能测试。该测试系统由硬件和软件组成,具有多种测试激励信号给定、舵机工作状态监测、动态曲线绘制、状态参数分析及判读等功能,极大提高了舵机测试的准确性和工作效率。该系统已投入使用,测试效果良好,达到了设计要求。

| Abstract: | In order to meet the test requirements in the process of mass production of steering gear,a 24 channel steering gear test system is designed in this paper,which is mainly used to test the performance of steering gear under the environmental conditions of mechanics and temperature.The system is composed of a variety of functions,such as testing,testing,testing and testing.The system has been put into use,the test effect is good,and meets the design requirements. |
