摘    要:医学图像分割是医学影像领域非常重要的研究和应用课题。医学图像分割是图像分析、图像融合、图像分类检索以及医学图像专家库的应用基础。ITK(insight segmentation and registration toolkit)是美国国家卫生院专门开发的用于图像分割与配准的算法平台,专门针对医学影像领域,其中包含了丰富的图像分割的算法和操作。水平集(level-set)和区域增长法是分割领域最为成熟的分割算法。研究了水平集和区域生长算法的基本理论和算法基础,以及在图像分割上的应用和实现,分析了这两种算法的特点和应用范围。

Segmentation Algorithms of Medical Image Based on ITK
Abstract:Segmentation on medical image is very important research and application issues of medical image field, the basis of medical image analysis, image fusion, image classification and database of expert on medical image.ITK which contains a lots of image segmentation algorithms, is a platform of algorithms for image segmentation and registration developed special for areas of medical imaging by National Institutes of Health of United States. Level Set and region growth algorithm is the most popular algorithm for segmentation.The basic theory and technology of the algorithms also the application were mentioned. Analysis the characteristics of the two algorithms and applications.
