| 摘 要： | 为解决网络化制造环境下各类不同的机床NC系统对NC代码资源共享的需求,以及新的NC系统如何利用原有NC代码资源的问题,提出了运用成组技术的理念来分析NC代码的属性,并对NC代码进行分类、编码的可行性进行了探讨;通过基于代码实现的功能对NC代码进行分类,讨论了建立NC代码全功能集的步骤;最后介绍了NC代码的编码系统的内容,并对其应用进行了讨论.

| Abstract: | In order to setde the request of sharing NC code resources in the environment of the manufacturing based on network and resolve the problem of using primary NC codes in enterprises, apply group technology to analyze NC code. Introduce the principles of group technology and discuss the feasibility of coding the NC code based on group technology. Classify the functions of NC code and discuss the process of setting up full-function collection. Set up the coding system of NC code and discuss the application of coding system. |
