| 摘 要： | 玻璃覆晶封装技术是一种将裸晶片互连到玻璃基板上的封装技术。通过计算机控制系统，基于PLC的伺服驱动系统、图像处理系统、温度控制系统和压力控制系统等，实现高稳定性和准确工艺要求下的Ic芯片和玻璃基板的粘贴动作的形成和协调；并对开发的PLC控制系统进行了优化，实现了生产效率的提升。

| Abstract: | Chip on glass is a package technology to make the chip bonding on the glass. Through computer controlling system, servo-driving system based on PLC, imagery processing system, temperature controlling and pressure controlling system, etc, it realizes the bonding movement and coordination among IC chip and glass board under high stable and accurate technological requirement, which optimizes the PLC controlling system and improves the production efficiency. |
