摘 要: | 介绍了一种只需单个高精度多码道码盘的多圈绝对值编码器结构原理。通过在各个减速齿轮上设置两个格雷码码道,进而省去了另一个多码道码盘,各个减速齿轮采用相同的码道和减速比,简化了机械设计难度。同时为扩展其应用,通过嵌入多总线协议转换装置,使其适应不同现场总线的工业应用领域。设计了基于数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)的数据转换与接口装置,给出了软硬件设计方法。

A Multi-bus Multi-turn Absolute Photoelectric Encoder |

Abstract: | The structural principle of a novel multi-turn photoelectric encoder with only one code disc with higher precision is introduced. Through laying two Gray code roads in every reducing gear, then another code disc is omitted. Various reducing gears have the same code roads and reducing ratio, which simples the difficult of mechanical design. Through using multi-agreement conversion device, the application fields are extended. The data interface device is designed based on DSP chip, and the particular design method of hardware and software is given. |
