| 摘 要： | 通过对三坐标测量设备和在线测量设备的特点介绍以及白车身尺寸控制的需求分析,并结合近年来在车身现场的研究及应用,从测量系统报警、测点设置、三坐标测量频次优化、数据分析过程和尺寸系统评价等方面探讨如何用三坐标测量系统和在线测量系统进行白车身尺寸的控制.

| Abstract: | Through the spec analysis of coordinate measurement machine （CMM） and in-line measurement equipment and dimension control requirement analysis of body-in-white ssembly, combined with the on-site study and application for recent years, discuss how to control body-in-white dimension by CMM measurement system and in-line measurement system from the aspect of the measurement system alarm, measurement point set up, CMM measurement frequency optimization, data analysis method and dimension system evaluation. |
