基于神经元PID的发动机与变量泵匹配性研究

摘    要:基于神经元PID控制,对工程机械中发动机和变量泵的功率匹配特性进行了仿真分析。首先,根据发动机的调速特性以及液压泵的工作特性,对变功率控制和恒功率控制两种控制方式进行分析;其次,基于AMESim/Simulink联合仿真平台,利用神经元PID控制算法对发动机和变量泵的恒功率控制进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,恒功率控制能够很好地维持发动机转速稳定。

Research of Engine and Variable Pump Match Based on the Neuron PID
Abstract:Based on the neuron PID control, the simulation of powering malching of engine and variable pump is studied. Variable power control and constant power control is analyzed based on the speed characteristics of the en- gine and the operating characteristics of the variable pump. Using the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation platform, the simulation of constant power control of engine and pump is analyzed with the neuron PID algorithm. It is found that variable power control can maintain the engine speed well.
