精密磨床轴承内圈圆锥过盈配合高精度仿真分析

摘    要:文中利用三维软件Pro/E与其Pro/MECHANICA模块,对高精度磨床轴承内圈与圆锥轴的过盈配合连接进行了精确仿真分析,得出了应力分布、接触压力分布等非常有用的结果。由于网格划分采用了近似正六面体单元,位移函数采用了高达9次的多项式函数,通过自适应收敛的方法,得到了高精度的收敛结果。同时,通过与结合面压力近似公式的计算结果比较,证明了该方法不仅可以保证过盈配合仿真解析的高精度性,而且还可以探讨边缘部的应力集中效应问题,是一个仿真解析过盈配合的有效方法。
