弧面分度凸轮机构动力学特性的研究

摘    要:弧面分度凸轮机构的动力学特性决定了该机构的动态定位精度。本文在建立弧面分度凸轮机构动力学模型的基础上,通过求解此模型微分方程研究从动工作盘的动态响应,进而分析弧面分度凸轮机构动态精度与负载、系统刚度、配合间隙及工作转速之间的关系。

Research of the dynamic features of globoidal indexing cam mechanisms

Abstract:Dynamic features of globoidal indexing cam mechanisms determine their dynamic locating accuracy. This paper, based on establishing the dynamic model of globoidal indexing cam mechanisms, studies the dynamic responses of the driven working plate by solving the model differentiate equation, then analyzes the relations between the dynamic accuracy of these mechanisms and working load, stiffness of the system, teamwork gap and working rotation speed.
