三万吨模锻水压机立柱螺纹联结的优化设计

摘    要:基于弹性接触问题理论,对三万吨水压机的立柱螺纹联结部分进行了有限元分析计算,得出了载荷沿轴向在各螺牙上的分布规律,并用内点惩罚函数法(SUMT),对螺纹参数进了优化设计。经过优化,既降低了最大螺牙载荷,又提高了螺牙载荷分布的均匀性,从而可以延长立柱螺纹联结的工作寿命,提高其工作效率。所给程序亦可用于其它大型螺纹联结的优化设计。

Abstract:Based upon the theory of elastic contacting problems,this paper conducted a finite element analysis and calculation on the part of column screw thread connection in the 30,000 ton hydraulic moulding press and obtained the law of load distribution upon each screw tooth along axial direction.And an optimal design has been carried out on screw thread parameters by applying the method of inner point penalty function.Through optimization,it not only lowered the maximum load of screw tooth but also enhanced the evenness of thread's load distribution,thus may lengthen the working life of column screw thread connection and enhance its working efficiency.the given program can also be used by the optimization design of other heavy screw thread connection.
