摘    要:在产品设计中,操纵装置安装位置直接影响了操作者的操纵行为,对操纵元件安装位置的设计和评价具有十分重要的意义.研究了一种通过人体姿态的舒适性来反映脚控操纵装置安装位置设计优劣的新评价方法,建立了坐姿操作状态下脚控操作装置安装位置的评价数学模型,并研究了模型的求解方法.运用该方法对某型号装甲车辆的脚踏板安装位置进行评价计算,得出了与实际情况非常吻合的结果.

Abstract:Within the design of product,the installation position of manipulating device affects directly on the manipulating behavior of the operator and has extremely important significance on the design and evaluation of the installation position of manipulating element.A kind of new evaluation method has been studied in this paper on the good or the bad of installing position design of foot controlled manipulating device reflected by means of comfort-ness of human-body posture.The evaluation mathematical model of the installation position of foot controlled manipulating device was established under the status of sitting postured operation,and the solution method of model was studied.Utilizing this method to carrying out evaluative calculation on the pedal installing position of certain typed armoured vehicle and obtained a result that extraordinarily coincides with the practical condition.
