重汽铝散热器散热管开裂失效原因分析

摘    要:以重型汽车管带式铝散热器为研究对象,应用ABAQUS软件,建立其有限元仿真模型,并对其结构强度进行分析,获得了不同安装方式散热器散热管应力和应变分布情况,找出了散热器可能存在变形产生裂纹的危险位置,并分析了原因。将仿真结果与铝散热器实际断裂失效情况进行对比,裂纹出现位置基本吻合,说明有限元仿真结果正确,在此基础上提出了降低或消除散热器出现裂纹失效的措施。

Abstract:In this paper a finite element model for the heavy-duty automotive aluminum radiator is established and a structural strength analysis of radiator is conducted with ABAQUS. The distribution of stress and strain of heat pipes is showed in different installations, such as horizontal and vertical, and the critical positions of the cracking are found, and the reasons behind such effects are also analyzed. Simulation results are compared with the real cases, and it is found that the results are the same, thus proving the finite element simulation results to be correct. Some corresponding measures about how to reduce or eliminate cracking are also put forward.
