摘    要:介绍了自动测试系统的设计思想和总体构成,给出了系统的软、硬件设计方案。系统采用RS232总线与计算机进行通信,应用LabWindows/CVI上位机软件,进行控制信号的采集与输出,并显示采集结果。实验表明,该系统的可靠性较高、使用方便。

Abstract:An auto-test system based on P89C51RD2H microcontroller was designed.The principle and the whole structure of the system are presented,the software and hardware design are specified.RS232 bus was adopted to communicate with the PC in the system;the acquisition and display of the signal are controled by the software based on the LabWindows/CVI.The experimental results demonstrated that the system has high reliability and easy to use.
