甲烷传感器的智能化设计

摘    要:分析了甲烷传感器(载体催化元件)使用过程中产生非线性的原因,并提出了快速查表法的校正方案;针对零点漂移问题,提出了采用按键方法进行零点校正.本传感器充分利用单片机的特点,将单片机、传感器及其相关电路等封装为一体,进行了低功耗、微型化设计,使得系统可靠性高,性能稳定,能够实现甲烷实时监控,很好地解决了载体催化元件在工作中的非线性和零点漂移问题,具有很高的实用价值.

Abstract:It was analyzed the nonlinear cause of the catalytic sensor,and put forward the emendation scheme based on the fast table lookup scheme.To solve the excursion of the catalytic sensor,it was put forward the method of pushing a button.This sensor was made full use of the capability of microprocessor,taken into account the special environment of the mine,and put up low-expend,minimized design,made the system high security,capability stabilization.It was realized real time control and resolved the excursion of the catalytic sensor.And it could be extended to another testing system.
