基于模糊理论的设备故障方法的研究

摘    要:构造了故障原因两两比较矩阵,以三角模糊数表示故障症状对待比较的故障原因隶属度的定性比较,通过最小对数二乘法确定故障症状对每种故障原因的隶属度相对大小,从而构造了模糊诊断矩阵,然后通过加权平均型诊断模型确定针对所有存在的故障症状,各种故障原因存在的可能性相对大小.最后,通过实例演示了故障的模糊诊断过程.

Abstract:A pairwise comparison matrix is constructed.The element of the pairwise comparison matrix is a triangular fuzzy number,which is used to describe qualitative comparison between the membership value of the given fault symptom with the reference to a pair of possible faults respectively.The least logarithm squares method is applied to determine the membership value of the given fault symptom with the reference to all the possible faults respectively,then the fuzzy diagnosis matrix can be constructed.At last,a simple weighted addition is used to calculate the possibilities of all the faults' existing according to all the fault symptoms which exist.At the end of the paper,an example is used to demonstrate the procedure of fuzzy fault diagnosis.
