基于前后轮制动力分配的车辆横摆力矩调节方法研究

摘    要:针对在低附着系数路面转向工况下,基于单轮制动力调节车辆横摆力矩的方法难以纠正不足或过多转向的问题,提出基于前后轮制动力分配调节横摆力矩的方法,该方法根据轮胎非线性特性,分析轮胎所受地面制动力和侧向力及其产生的车辆横摆力矩之间的非线性关系,求解不同路面附着系数时前后轮地面制动力的分配比例,据此产生车辆横摆力矩来改善车辆转向特性。以某款乘用车为研究对象,利用车辆动力学仿真软件veDYNA对该方法进行双移线工况的仿真。

Abstract:It is hard for yaw moment regulating method based on single tire brake force to correct under steering or over steering when the vehicle is steering on a low adherent road. In order to solve this problem, a yaw moment regulating method based on front and rear tire brake forces is pro- posed. This method analyses the relationship a- mong tire brake forces, tire lateral forces and yaw moment produced by them based on tire nonlinear characteristic, and optimizes proportions of front and rear tire brake forces on different adhesion co- efficient roads which are used.to produce yaw mo- ment to improve steering characteristic. A kind of passenger vehicle is taken as research object and issimulated on double lane change condition in vehi- cle dynamic software veDYNA.
