基于非均匀采样系统的光栅刻划机频谱分析方法研究

摘    要:数据采样过程中,由于操作系统定时精度、任务切换等因素的影响,采样系统无法实现均匀采样。使用普通的均匀离散傅里叶变换处理非均匀采样数据会存在较大误差。针对光栅刻划机系统,采用了时域插值方法和非均匀离散傅里叶变换方法进行了仿真验证,对比均匀傅里叶变换结果,减小了频谱变换带来的误差。使用时域插值法和非均匀傅里叶变换,对光栅刻划机实际采样数据进行分析,获得了更好的效果。

Abstract:In the process of data sampling, ow- ing to the influence of precision of operating sys- tem and task switching, the sampling system is un- able to conduct uniform sampling. There is great error in dealing with un- uniform sampling data by using conventional discrete fourier transform. In terms of grating ruling engine, interpolation meth- od in time domain and un - uniform discrete Fou- rier transform are introduced to conduct simulation for verification. Compared with the results of uni- form Fourier transform, the errors of spectrum conversion are reduced. The utilization of interpola- tion method in time domain and un - uniform Fou-rier fransform in the analysis of practical sampling data of grating ruling engine can obtain better re- sults.
