滑动轴承合金浇注新工艺研究及应用

摘    要:阐述了国内传统滑动轴承合金瓦静态挂铸挂铸工艺的弊端。针对在生产中存在的滑动轴承瓦体和合金结合强度不好,从全新角度阐述了一种国内文献尚未有的滑动轴承合金静态挂铸工艺原理,尤其在浇注轴承合金时水冷却方面。从滑动轴承合金凝固、收缩原理以及瓦体和合金之间应力产生的角度分析了瓦体和合金结合情况,并应用于实际,做了大量的实验,提高了超声波探伤(UT)检测合格率,解决了轴承合金与胎体结合面是光面结构的滑动轴承瓦的脱胎问题。

Abstract:It not only illustrated the disadvantages of the domestic traditional babbitt bearing alloy casting tectnology, but also developed the new theory about babbitt bearing alloy casting technology which has not been descriping nowadays by other internal articles, especial on water-cooling method and bad intension between babbitt bearing alloy and shell in practice. According to the theory about the solidification and shrinkage of babbitt bearing alloy and generation of stress between babbitt bearing alloy and shell, we analyze the situation of the bonding between babbitt beating alloy and shell. The new theory has been applied to the practice on casting the babbitt bearing alloys, and made out a mass of experiences, and improved the LIT examine rate of babbitt bearing ,and solved the problem of the defecfived bonding between the babbitt bearing alloys and the shell on smooth surface.
