摘    要:为降低轴承滚道的粗糙度,提高铁路货车滚子轴承的实际使用寿命,自行设计了以油石超精技术为基础的滚子轴承滚道超精机。重点介绍气动加压系统在油石超精技术上的应用。此台超精机的油石加压系统采用了梭阀与比例阀结合的气动调压技术使油石压力实现了无级调压。可进行轴承内、外圈滚道粗超、精超时不同压力和加压方向的控制。

Abstract:In order to reduce roughness of bearing's roll table and improve service life of roller bearings for goods trains,roller bearing's roll table finisher was designed, which is based on oilstone finish technology.It's emphatically introduced how air-pressing system is applied to gloss finish technology for bearings.The finisher's oilstone-pressing system adopted air-pressing technology by combining shuttle valve with proportion valve,which made oilstone pressure realize classless pressure adjustment .Different pressure amount and direction can be controlled when roll tables of bearing's inner and outer rings are rough finished or over finished .
