基于实例推理的可转位刀具快速设计方法研究

摘    要:设计可转位刀具是一个复杂的、弱理论支持的过程,需用到设计师积累的经验.本文充分利用先前可转位刀具设计所积累的经验与数据,在CAD基础卜提出基于实例推理的可转位刀具快速设计方法.根据特征属性特点给出了町转位刀具的实例,并给出了各特征属性局部相似度的计算方法,最后结合实例详细说明了使用此方法的设计过程.

Abstract:The design of indexable cutting tool is a complex and weak-theory-supported process,which needs much experience accumulated by the tool designer.This paper presented a quick design approach for indexable cutting tool by making full use of the experience and data from previous cases.The representation of indexable turning tool designing case is given according to the features.The local similarity between features is also given.At the end of the paper,the detailed process of using this approach is discussed.
