摘    要:基于PC+单片机的主从式控制和模块化设计方法,对Y7125磨齿机的砂轮修整系统进行了数控改造。该系统具有自动生成加工程序、模拟图形显示、实时插补等功能,可简化修形编程,提高齿轮刀具制造精度和生产效率。

Abstract:The NC reformation for grinding wheel dressing system of Y7125 grinding machine was carried out by applying a master-slave controlling mode based on PC+chip microcomputers and building block design method. This system has functions such as generating program files automatically,imitating figures and real time interpolation,which can simplify dressing programming and improve the machining accuracy and productivity of gear tools.
