| 摘 要： | 针对传统夹具设计中存在的问题，以及组合夹具元件标准化的特点，通过CAD参数化设计思想，利用Delphi7建立数据库，存储标准件的尺寸参数，设计用户交互界面，编辑相关代码，添加SolidWorks的类型库，最后调用SolidWorks API函数自动绘制三维夹具元件图，建立组合夹具标准件图库。应用验证表明本文开发的参数化3D图库对提高组合夹具设计效率和质量有较好的推动作用。

| Abstract: | Summarizes the deficiencies of traditional fixture design,using computer-aided design thinking,fixes development process.First establish the database through Delphi7,storing standard size parameters,and design the user interface,edit related code,adding the type of Solidworks.Finally transfer SolidWorks API function to automatically draw 3D fixture map to get the standard Component Library. |
