摘    要:基于ABAQUS系统强大的大变形分析功能,对A6061铝合金材料的正交切削过程进行了有限元模拟分析.讨论了切削过程中切削层内部应变场和工件中残余应力的分布,分析了不同参数对切削力、残余应力的影响.模拟结果与切削试验数据相互吻合.

Abstract:Based on powerful functions of the large deformation analysis module of ABAQUS system,the orthogonal cutting process of A6061 aluminum alloy material was simulated and analyzed by using FEM software.The distributions of plastic strain in the cutting layer and residual stress in the workpiece were discussed, and the influences of cutting parameters on cutting force and residual stress were analyzed.It's found that simulation results are to be in good agreement with the experimental data.
