低温冷风技术在铲齿磨削中的应用

摘    要:传统铲齿磨削通常是干式磨削,其在铲磨过程中经常由于磨削区温度过高而导致刀具烧伤,使得刀具表面质量下降,进而影响刀具的使用性能。本文通过采用低温冷风技术,对成型铣刀进行了铲磨加工。试验结果表明,在铲磨过程中加入低温冷风能有效降低磨削烧伤,提升刀具的耐用度。

Abstract:In the traditional shovel teeth grinding , dry grinding is the main way .However , for the high temperature of grinding zone, the tool often burn and lead the tool surface quality to decline , and then, influence the use performance of tools.The paper make use of cooling -air technology to grind shape -milling tool.The experimental results show that:Appling the cooling-air technology can validly decrease the grinding burn and improve the tool life .
