| Abstract: | thug micromotion screw, angular surface and sine bar, a standard micro-angle is produced by the mothed of four times contraction principle. The resolution and the interpolation error of high-resolution rotary and angle encoders are measured by this standardmicro-angle. Measuring accuracy of the encoders and data proccessing are also mentioned in this paper. |
