Al_2O_3/Ti(CN)复合刀具材料的制备及切削性能研究

摘    要:利用热压烧结工艺制备出Al2 O3 /Ti(CN)复合陶瓷刀具材料。测得该材料的平均抗弯强度为 82 0MPa ,平均断裂韧性为 7.4MPa·m1/ 2 ,维氏硬度为 2 0 .4GPa。通过与陶瓷刀具材料LT5 5、SG4的切削性能进行对比试验 ,发现其连续切削淬硬钢的性能高于SG4,但耐磨性能比LT5 5稍低 ,是一种适合连续切削铸铁与淬硬钢、尤其适合断续切削淬硬钢的刀具材料。

Abstract:Al 2O 3/Ti(CN) composite tool material is successfully prepared by using hot pressed sintering technique. The flexural strength, fracture toughness and Vickers hardness of this material are 820MPa, 7.4MPa·m 1/2 and 20.4GPa respectively. By the compared experiment for the cutting performances, it can be seen that the performances of this composite material is better than which of the ceramic tool material SG4 for continuously cutting quenched steel, and its wear-resisting property is litter lower than LT55. This kind of composite tool material is suitable for continuously cutting cast iron and quenched steel, especially intermittently cutting quenched steel.
