| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种对圆光栅增量式光电轴角编码器精度及性能参数进行快速、自动、动态检测的方法，对编码器在各转速范围内输出信号的主要参数如分度精度、频响特性、正弦性、正交性、每转信号周期数、脉冲信号占空比等的检测、评定作了介绍。
