摘 要: | 针对更换油管对液力偶合器液压系统造成的影响,进行了液力偶合器液压系统分析,将问题简化为油管更换对压力调节阀入口压力和出口压力的影响。通过对压力调节阀、旁通阀等非标准阀等效建模,建立了液力偶合器液压系统AMESim仿真模型,分析获得的结果是油管更换后压力调节阀入口压力和出口压力均稍有降低,但可忽略不计,满足液力偶合器使用要求。实船更换油管后,压力调节阀入口压力和出口压力均没有变化,液力偶合器所有功能均能正常实现,验证了仿真分析的正确性。

Analysis on the influence to the hydraulic system during replacing the tubing of hydraulic coupling |

Abstract: | Aiming at the influence to the hydraulic system during replacing the tubing of hydraulic coupling , it ana-lyzes hydraulic coupling of the hydraulic system , illustrates the influence of the pressure to the pressure regulator at inlet pressure and outlet .Based on the models construction of the pressure regulating valve , by-pass valve and non-standard valve , it simulates hydraulic coupling hydraulic system .The results are that the pressure of pressure regu-lator is slightly lower at inlet pressure and outlet after replacing tubing , but the influence is negligible .The actual experiment proves that tubing replacing can ensure the simulation of all hydraulic coupling function . |
