摘    要:分析了整体叶轮模型特点,通过对UG进行二次开发。整合了整体叶轮三坐标测量规划的全过程,构造了叶面测量点,并利用碰撞检测等方法建立了无干涉测量路径,对测量路径的规划与修正进行了阐述,并对测量过程进行了实时仿真,以验证路径的可行性。

The Measuring Path Planning for the Integral Impeller Based on UG Secondary Development

Abstract:It analyzes the characteristics of the integral impeller model, integrates the coordinate measuring planning of integral impeller through the secondary development of UG, creates several measurement points on the blade. Using the method of collision detection, it proposes a no - interference measuring path, and makes a real - time simulation process to verify the feasibility of the path. This method provides a reliable solution for the automated measurement of the integral impeller.
