| 摘 要： | 对某企业的生产流程进行了分析,运用设施规划与物流的基本理论,通过计算各车间之间的物流及非物流关系,对从事轴承制造的厂房进行规划布局,使该企业的布局更加合理化。运用专业软件Flexsim进行模拟仿真,运行模型,找出了该企业在生产中可能会出现的问题,通过优化模型,减少了加工中心的空闲时间,提高了生产效率。

| Abstract: | It analyzes the production process,the material flow and non-logistics relationship between each workshop,uses a series of technical method of facilities planning and system simulation technology to optimize the facilities layout and process flow in the bearing plant.The simulation shows that the method can reduce the idle time of each machining center,improve the production efficiency and optimize the layout of the plant. |
