基于ANSYS平面闸门的自振特性研究

摘    要:以某水利工程平面闸门的动力学问题为背景,考虑流-固耦合1]对闸门结构自振特性的影响,应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS对平面闸门的自振特性进行分析研究.建立了该平面闸门的实体模型和有限元模型,分析了平面闸门在无水和有水状态下的振动特性,并计算出了闸门的自振频率和振型.结果表明:水体高度对平面闸门自振频率和振型有着显著影响,尤其是对低阶的振动频率更为显著.

Abstract:This paper takes the water conservancy project plane gate dynamic problems for example,considers fluid structure coupling and uses FEM software ANSYS to research on the self-vibration characteristics of the plane gate,builds the entity model and finite element model of the vane,analyzes the vibration characferistics of plane gate without water or with the water condition calculates the its self-vibration frequency and makes the vibration mode.The results show that water height has a significant impact on the plane gate vibration frequency and mode shape,vibration frequency of the low-level impact is particularly significant.
