MGA6025磨床导轨淬火畸变及其矫正研究

摘    要:通过对磨床V形导轨淬火畸变的研究,理论上深入、细致地分析了引起零件淬火畸变的原因及其影响因素,提出了减小零件淬火畸变的措施,就MGA6025磨床导轨淬火弯曲变形的校直工艺进行了深入的探索与实践,提出了零件校直中应注意的问题。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reason of the parts quenching distortion theoretically,introduces the influence factors of slideway quenching distortion in detail,puts forward the measures which are adopted to decrease the quenching distortion of the parts,and makes deep exploration and practice in straightening technology for MGA6025 grinding machine slideway quenching bending deformation.
