基于UG motion虚拟样机技术的冲压送料机械手电动机选型

摘    要:阐述了采用虚拟样机技术,基于UG motion运动仿真模块对冲压送料机械手电动机进行精确选型的方法。在UG中建立机械手结构模型,直接导入motion模块中进行虚拟样机模型运动仿真,得到仿真动画及仿真曲线,以曲线参数为依据建立选型表,结合伺服电动机选型手册进行电动机精确选型。

Abstract:This paper introduces how to select servomotor of automatic stamping manipulator based on virtual prototype technology.After the structure of manipulator is designed and built up,it is directly imported into the motion module and then its movement is simulated.In the post-processing module,the motion parameter curves are presented and comparative table is established with these parameters,which are got from curves,then combined with servo motor selection guide,the motor is selected.
