摘    要:刀具轨迹验证问题一直是数控加工技术的难点,基于Web的数控加工仿真还面临精确性与实时性之间的矛盾。提出并实现了多分支广义表结构,介绍了采用VRML语言的ElevationGrid结点定义毛坯网格模型的一般方法,以及这一方法的缺陷;提出并定义了多分支广义表数据结构,构造了多分支广义表结构的数据类型和相应的递归循环算法。与普通广义表相比,多分支广义表主要有动态深度、自适应规模等优点。构造了VRML超集和远程数控通信机制。通过进行基于Web的仿真试验表明:采用多分支广义表表达的工件模型,与静态精度建模方法相比,有较好的实时仿真效果。

Abstract:NC verification has always been a difficulty of NC machining. In recent years, the Web-based NC machining simulation has become a popular research area, which currently faces the conflicting requirements for high precision and realtime capability. A multi-branch general lists structure is proposed to solve the above problem. The general method of applying the VRML ElevationGrid node to build a grid model of workpiece and its disadvantages are introduced. The multi-branch general lists structure is defined, and the relevant recursion arithmetic is represented. Compared to the common general lists structure, the multi-branch general lists structure has the advantages of dynamical depth and adaptive scale. The VRML super class and remote control mechanism are constructed. The experiment of Web-based simulation demonstrates that a model constructed by the multi-branch general lists structure has a better effect of simulation compared to static details modeling.
