| 摘 要： | 诸如卫星、雷达、飞行器等复杂产品研发普遍采用分解—综合的设计模式以降低研发的复杂程度,但复杂系统分解得到的分系统之间、分系统内部组件之间及其不同学科之间在研发过程中相互关联,造成研发活动之间数据交互复杂,研发活动迭代频繁,使得产品研发过程分析、管理困难。针对复杂产品采用的分解—综合设计模式,基于系统层次分解定义不同级别组件对应的研发活动、计算模型和指标参数,进而基于系统架构建立层次化设计结构矩阵(Multi-level design structure matrix,MDSM),利用层次化设计结构矩阵分析不同层次的研发活动之间的数据依赖关系,并自动生成复杂产品研发流程的过程逻辑,最终实现基于输入/输出数据模板和消息驱动的层次化、模块化、集成化的复杂产品研发全局流程模型。
