摘    要:目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定清火栀麦片中栀子苷的含量,同时使用光电二极管阵列检测器分析栀子苷色谱峰的纯度。方法:采用Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,光电二极管阵列检测器,流动相为甲醇-水(18:62),流速0.8ml/min,柱温25℃。紫外检测波长为240nm。结果:栀子苷进样量线性范围为0.107-0.963μg,相关系数为0.9995。栀子苷平均回收率为99.07%,RSD为1.5%。在实验条件下样品分离完全。结论:方法简便可行,灵敏、准确,重现性好,可用于清火栀麦片中栀子苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective To develop a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of genipeside in Qinghuo Zhimai tablets and at the time to analyze the purity of genipeside peak by Photodiode Array Detector(PAD). Methods The Kromasil C18 (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm) with photodiode array detector was used as analytical column using methanol-water (18:62) as mobile phase. The UV detection wavelength was set at 240 nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results Good linearity of genipeside was obtained over the ranges of 0.107-0.963μg, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995. The average recovery of geniposide was 99.07 %, RSD was 1.5 %. Under the experimental conditions the geniposide in samples was separated rightly. Conclution The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for determination of geniooside in Qinghuo Zhimai tablets.
