| 摘 要： | 在总结以往知识管理绩效评价指标体系的基础上,提出了针对制造业企业的知识管理绩效评价指标体系,通过运用层次分析法,确立制造业企业知识管理绩效评价指标权重。并利用调研数据,通过E-views软件对指标体系的科学性进行检验,最后进行实证分析。

| Abstract: | on the basis of summarizing, the studies of indicator system of knowledge management in the domestics and overseas, we bring forward a suit of performance evaluation indicator system which is suitable to our manufacturing corporations, by using analytic hierarchy process, we establish the indicator weight of knowledge management performance evaluation of manufacturing corporations. |
