大型飞行器舱段数字化装配方法

摘    要:许多航空航天飞行器都包含大型舱段结构,本文针对其传统的装配特征,提出一种基于数字化的装配方法。首先对新的装配方案的原理进行说明,然后针对大型舱段详细列举了4个关键技术点,最后叙述了数字化装配方法的实施过程。这解决了此类产品利用大型钻模板制造、装配难的问题,为我们研究先进大型装配技术提供具有可行性的依据。

Abstract:Many airplanes and astroplanes include large section structure. Aiming at their traditional assembly characteristics, we present a digital-based assembly method. Firstly the paper explains the principle of new assembly project, and then itemizes four key technique points for the subassembly of large section; finally the actualizing process of digital assembly method is described. That resolves the difficult manufacturing and assembly problem of this kind product by using large drilling pattern plate, and provides feasible foundation for us studying the advanced large-scale assembly technology.
