| 摘 要： | 装配型制造是当前中国制造业的重要生产模式，在以质量作为企业核心竞争力的要求下，企业如何有效、实时地获得装配生产线的质量数据是一个关键的问题。文中就典型的装配型企业生产线的质量数据采集方法进行阐述，提出多种采集机制和终端设备灵活配置的方法，对质量采集系统的开发进行了研究，并将研究成果应用于生产实践中，取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Assembly manufacture is an important manufacturing mode in China enterprises. The production quality is one of the most important competition ability of these enterprises. How to collect the pipeline quality data effectively and synchronously is a key problem for prompting the production quality. This article study the quality data collecting methods in classical assembly enterprises, and put forward a way of configuring different type of collecting principle and terminal device. The research result has been applied in practice and gets the effect. |
