测量不确定度评定研究现状及进展

摘    要:介绍了测量不确定度的起源,以及国内外的发展过程,对目前国际上存在的五种测量不确定度评定模型的特点进行了对比。综述了由ISO等七个国际组织联合发布的GUM中测量不确定度评定方法的研究现状和进展。另外介绍了不同于GUM的测量不确定度评定方法和标准不确定度的灰色评定、模糊评定、信息熵评定、贝叶斯评定以及基于神经网络的间接评定等非统计评定方法。

Abstract:The origin and the development process of measurement uncertainty at home and abroad are introduced.The characteristic of five evaluation models used in the world is explored,including their strengths,their weaknesses and the reasons for using them in particular situations.The research status and development of evaluation method for measurement uncertainty of GUM are reviewed.In addition,the different approaches for estimating measurement uncertainty and non- statistic evaluation methods are introduced.These statistical evaluation methods are as follows:grey theory, fuzzy interval theory, comentropy, Bayesian theory and neural network
