摘    要:生物人工肝体外支持系统是治疗肝衰竭的重要研究课题,其核心是生物反应器和具有生物活性的肝细胞。在生物人工肝体外支持治疗过程中,肝细胞的功能活性会发生很大变化,因而有必要监测肝细胞的生存状态信息,以指导临床治疗。丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)是临床上普遍认可的评价肝细胞状态的指标。本文以ALT检测为例,设计了一种肝细胞生存状态的在线微检测系统。与常规检测设备的对比实验表明该系统具有较好的重复性,可以代替人工操作,实现在线实时获取肝细胞生存状态信息的功能。

Abstract:Bioartificial liver support system (BALSS) is the most promising biological support system in treating acute liver failure currently. Bioreactor and hepatocytes with bioactivity cultured in the bioreactor play important roles in BALSS. To guide clinical treatment, we need to monitor the state of liver cells during the treatment of bioartificial liver support. The alanine transaminase (ALT) is a generally accepted clinical indicator to evaluate the status of liver cells. We designed an online micro-detection system with automatic sampling and mixing. Compared with the conventional detection instrumentation of ALT, this system has good repeatability. The system can replace the manual operation and realize the function to monitor the survival state of liver cells online.
