摘    要:研究了用顶空单滴液相微萃取技术萃取土壤中的苯系物,并与GC/MS法结合建立了测定土壤中痕量苯系物的方法。通过实验选择正辛醇为萃取剂。考察了影响萃取效果的的各种因素,得到最佳萃取条件为:土/水比为1∶5,样品体积为8mL,顶空体积为4mL,萃取剂体积为2μL,萃取温度为50℃,萃取时间为5min,搅拌速度为360rpm。在此条件下,方法的线性范围为0.0001~5mg/kg,最低检出限为0.00005mg/kg。用本方法测定了实际土壤样品中的苯系物,结果满意。

Abstract:A method for the determination of benzenes in soil by headspeace single-drop liquid-phase microextrac-tion coupled with GC/MS was estiblished. Based on the experimental results, n-octanol was selected as the extraction solvent. Parameters impacting the performance of extraction were investigated and optimized, and the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as following: Ratio of soil to water 1:5, sample volume (soil + water) 8 mL, headspace volume 4 mL, volume of extraction solvent 2μL, extraction temperature 50oC, extraction time 5min, stirring rate 360rpm. Under the selected extraction conditions, the linear range is 0.0001~5 mg/kg, the detection limits is 0.00005mg/kg. The proposed method has been successfully applied to determine benzenes in real soil samples with satisfactory results.
